The Photography Foundation of Tangier’s permanent collection is top tier and on display from March 28, 2024 to July 7, 2024. With over a hundred photographs, this exhibition is a journey through time, featuring both celebrated masters like Richard Avedon and Paul Burty as well as emerging talents.

From Cecil Beaton to more local Moroccan photographers including Zakaria Aït Wakrim, the collection holds to the diverse beauty of global photography. Each image tells its own story, reflecting the richness of cultures and experiences from around the world.

As you explore the gallery, you’ll witness the evolution of photography, from classic black-and-white compositions to contemporary snapshots. With new acquisitions constantly enriching the collection, there’s always something new to discover at the foundation. Tickets are sold at the Foundation, for 100 dirhams, 50 dirhams for nationals, and free for students and children under the age of 15.

The museum is open every day between 10:30am-5:00pm and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Don’t miss out.
